Resident Evil 2 Manhole Opener/Reserve Power Control Puzzle

Hi guys it's myself Ruff Fusion and I'm back with some more Resident Evil 2 on this one but just to say I've been enjoying this so far so I thought I just share the passion with you all but I'm gonna show you the location to the manhole oper and also show you how to get through the Reserve Power Control Puzzle on this one. Resident Evil 2 is a 1998 survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom for the PlayStation. The player controls Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, who must escape Raccoon City after its citizens are transformed into zombies by a biological weapon two months after the events of the original Resident Evil. The gameplay focuses on exploration, puzzles, and combat; the main difference from its predecessor are the branching paths, with each player character having unique storylines, partners and obstacles.
