Kennedy: Leon, just twenty-one, joined the Raccoon City Police Department fresh out of the academy. Oddly, his late arrival on the first day, fueled by a breakup, spared him from his colleagues' fate. He came after S.T.A.R.S. disbanded post-mansion incident. Assigned under Chief Brian Irons, he faced the chaos of the biohazard outbreak, where even Raccoon S.W.A.T. couldn't handle it. Side note: Leon's uniform stands out with a darker color compared to his coworkers. This could be due to several reasons: A) The outbreak occurred in the later weeks of September when temperatures dropped, so he may have opted for thicker and darker materials to stay warmer, choosing his winter uniform. B) Officers of different ranks or job duties wear different uniforms.
