I came across this book recently and believe the copyright is no longer in effect. This is a fascinating account of the lumbering industry, not a history of it, but snippets of what it was like. The book consists of reminisces by Jacob Dye and his son Rex Dye. I know sometimes my reading voice is a bit off but if you came bare with it this is a fascinating account. The photos are as they appeared in the book.
