India WWII 16mm footage - color

My grandfather, Leonard V. Short, M.D., shot this 16mm film while stationed in India as a U.S. Army physician during World War II. He was at the 100th Station Hospital in New Delhi from 1943-45. We know very little about the people and places in this footage. Please feel free to share and contribute any insights you may have.
