World War II Historical 8MM Film - Michael Joseph Trabon

This is 8MM film shot by my grandfather, Michael Joseph Trabon, during World War II. He served in the South Pacific. Much of the footage is clearly shot in Hawaii, but I cannot identify many other locations. Any assistance in identifying people or places would be greatly appreciated.
