Freeman Jockisch Pleads Not Guilty

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) A former Mobile County commissioner charged with enticing an underage girl online has pleaded not guilty.Freeman Jockish waived his right to an appearance Monday morning. His attorney, Jeff Dean, was present and pleaded not guilty for Jockisch.He's charged with one count of electronic solicitation of a child for sex and one count of traveling to meet a child for sex.Investigators say Jockisch was talking to who he thought was a 15-year-old girl online. They say Jockisch set up a meeting in Saraland, and that's when he was arrested.Local 15's Andrea Ramey is following this story.
