MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) A judge has set bond for the former Mobile County commissioner charged with child sex crimes.Freeman Jockisch appeared before a just Wednesday morning. He's charged with one count of electronic solicitation of a child for sex and one count of traveling to meet a child for sex.A judge set Jockisch's bond at $80,000, $50,000 for traveling to meet a minor for sex and $30,000 for electronic solicitation of a minor.Jeff Dean, Jockisch's attorney said, It is really strange. We're getting a ton of these cases out of Saraland. You got a computer program and they're on Craigslist trying to entice people to come in. It's just insane. One police detective is online and everyone is just going to Saraland to have sex with minors. It's kind of weird.Investigators say Jockisch began talking to the teen five months ago. they say he's the one who turned the conversation into a sexual one.He's not the only one who responded to the ad. They say Jockisch is the sixth one to be arrested.Jockisch will be in court Monday.Jockisch was nabbed during an Internet sex ring investigation in Saraland Tuesday.
