Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Today, many admire Jesus, but not everyone gives Him control. We enjoy His teaching, but we resist His lordship. Yet real change does not come from being amazed by Jesus, it comes from surrendering to Jesus. He chooses communion with the Father. He shows us that prayer is not optional; it is the source of true power. Jesus heals, He prays, and He moves forward. This Gospel reminds us that Jesus lifts us up not only to be healed, but to live with purpose and to follow Him beyond the crowd.
