inFAMOUS Second Son D.U.P. Agent Boss Battle on Expert Difficulty

First true boss battle on the bridge to the Lantern District. The difficulty is set to expert, and I used neon powers (you're pretty much forced to use neon powers for this fight anyway). This was my third attempt. He wasn't too hard once I got used to his pattern. Mostly run around and avoid his concrete bombs (or whatever they're called), and move aside when he rushed you and then hit him three times. Zoomed slow-motion shots and neon missiles help a lot too when possible, but don't stand still too long. He attacks rather quickly and it doesn't take too many hits to kill you.
