UN chief welcomes Russia-Turkey deal on demilitarized zone in Syria's Idlib

Russia and Turkey say they are still working on the details of creating a demilitarized zone in the last rebel stronghold in Syria, Idlib. Officials from the United Nations said they welcome this move because it averts full-scale war.
