S. Korea, U.S. nuke envoys discuss implementation of N. Korea sanctions

South Korean foreign minister Yun Byung－se... also briefly met with Sung Kim and the State Department′s coordinator for sanctions policy， Daniel Fried， prior to the nuclear envoy′s meeting. The U.S. representative to the nuclear talks will continue efforts to build cooperation on implementing UN sanctions on Pyongyang when he travels to Vietnam and Cambodia this week.
