Thoracolumbar Spine Part 1

This video is part 1 of 2 on the Thoracolumbar spine. We start with a review of the routine x-ray imaging projections. Then consider the 'Columns of Denis' and spinal stability. Using clinical x-ray case examples we then look at spinal injuries – trauma and pathological, to include wedge/compression, burst, chance fractures, and fracture dislocations. We finish with the significance of the paraspinal line.
