Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos:    / @yumrecipes   Servings - 5 INGREDIENTS Oil - 25 milliliters Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Cinnamon stick - 1 Cloves - 2 pods Cardamom - 2 pods Bay leaf - 1 Onions - 150 grams Tomatoes - 150 grams Ginger - 1 tablespoon Garlic - 1 tablespoon Cashews - 2 tablespoons Dry red chili - 7-8 Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 100 milliliters Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon Onions - 100 grams Garlic - 1 tablespoon Ginger - 1 tablespoon Green chili - 2 Paprika - 1 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon Fennel powder - 1/4 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 100 milliliters Sugar - 1/8 teaspoon Sweet corns - 300 grams Charcoal Desi ghee - 1 teaspoon Bell pepper - 50 grams Tomatoes - 50 grams Grated paneer - 80 grams Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander - 1 tablespoon Grated paneer - for garnishing Coriander - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. Heat 25 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 pods cloves, 2 pods cardamom, 1 bay leaf and cook for a minute while stirring continuously. 2. Now, add 150 grams onions and cook for 2-3 minutes or until turns translucent. 3. Add 150 grams tomatoes, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons cashews, 7-8 dry red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the tomatoes turns soft and pulpy. 4. Add 100 milliliters water and give it a nice stir. 5. Cover it with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. 6. Now, open the lid and remove the bay leaf from it. 7. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 minutes at room temperature. 8. Then, transfer the mixture in a blender and blend it well to make a smooth puree. 9. Set aside. 10. Heat 1 tablespoon desi ghee in another pan, add 100 grams onions, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 green chili and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. 11. Now, add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix again. 12. Then, add 100 milliliters water and give it a nice stir. 13. Add blended puree and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. 14. Add 1/8 teaspoon sugar and mix it well. 15. Now, add 300 grams sweet corns and mix again. 16. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. 17. Place a charcoal in the centre and pour 1 teaspoon desi ghee on it. 18. Cover it with a lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 19. Open the lid, remove the charcoal and mix it well. 20. Add 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams tomatoes, 80 grams grated paneer and mix it well. 21. Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. 22. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix again. 23. Remove it from heat. 24. Add the malai dum angara into a serving dish. 25.
