Unless you have a wheat intolerance or you don’t like the taste keep eating them. They become unhealthy when lathered with added butter or eaten with overly oiled curries then only calories add up. The roti is primarily made up of whole wheat. It is typically made by kneading wheat flour (atta) with water into a soft dough, which is then rolled and roasted on a flat pan or griddle. Mix all the above ingredients then add into a tray and roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins or until tender. 2.
