More Charter Communications high-definition cable service. I've got about a dozen videos now...I had actually taken them to help show the Charter service team the issues that I've been having which have admittedly been intermittent and usually in the evening. In this case, this was mid-afternoon on the 4th of January. All high-def channels were unwatchable and some of the "digital-tier" channels were a little hokey. I've begun taking screen shots of the Internet service level and will have to put those into a film clip.
