Charter Communications High-Def Dec 22, 2011

Charter Communications -- my only option for Internet and I foolishly renewed a bundling deal. I have a long history of trouble with Charter services but after they replaced a line going to my house in the summer of 2010, I had 14 months or so of reasonable service. On Oct 20 of 2011, two weeks after I renewed my bundling deal, the phone and Internet stopped working at night though the TV wasn't terrible. They came out and rewired me so that the phone would get priority on the signal. Since then (3 months), the phone has been out only a few times but the high-def channels on the TV have frequently been unwatchable, "Video-On-Demand" has been unavailable, and the Internet has been frequently unusable. A Charter tech told me to hope we get FIOS in the area. I'm going to post some videos of this great service. This one isn't as bad as it looks but you can hear the stuttering sound and picture freezing and distorting. This is just one channel. I'll post some others showing other channels.
