This is one of the easiest, most delicious cookies to make. Its packed full of rich flavor and is perfect alongside a cup of coffee or tea. Nutrient Amounts may vary) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 Cup Sunflower Seed Spread 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed Meal 3 Tablespoons Warm Water 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar Chocolate Chips Recipe ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add flaxseed, water and mix. Let sit for around 10 minutes until it's of an egg like consistency. In a big bowl, add Sunflower spread, salt, baking soda, sugar, flaxseed egg and mix. Use a scooper to make 2 inch balls of dough and add to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It should be about 12-13 cookies. Flatten dough balls to desired thickness and add chocolate chips. Sprinkle salt on top if desired. Bake for 12 minutes in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take cookies out of the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes then move cookies to a cooling rack for another 5 minutes. Once cookies have cooled, enjoy.
