TODAY'S GOSPEL: Matthew 3:1-12 On this second Sunday of Advent, we pray for harmony. Harmony is the promise of the coming of the Messiah—an eternal harmony of God’s justice that will come at the end of time. Justice is central to the Kingdom of God; and this Justice requires repentance. As we continue our Advent pilgrimage, we pray that we may follow Christ and become instruments of God’s justice, peace, and joy.
