Skies are beginning to clear out in Northern California on Wednesday, but travel is still impacted due to snow-covered roads across the Sierra. Eastbound Interstate 80 on Wednesday afternoon reopened to passenger vehicles, but westbound remains closed. Big rigs still cannot travel through eastbound I-80. Highway 50 is fully open.
