Wet weather continues in Northern California Tuesday with more rounds through early Wednesday that can bring hazardous travel conditions. Officials are urging people to avoid travel with a blizzard warning in the Sierra in effect until 4 a.m. Wednesday. I-80 is expected to be closed until Wednesday, a Caltrans spokesperson told KCRA 3.
