Baltimore County community shaken after teenager shot and killed

Baltimore County Police have identified the teenager shot and killed in Overlea Sunday night as 17-year-old Elias Cieslak. According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Belair Road and Rossville Boulevard about 9:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they said they found Cieslak, who had been shot once in the upper body. He was taken to a hospital, where he died, according to police. "We realize and we've seen over the years an increase in juvenile crime," said newly confirmed Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough.
