Police investigating fatal shooting of 17-year-old in Overlea

Investigation continues Monday into what led to the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old in Overlea Sunday night. Police said Elias Cieslak was killed just before 10 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Belair Road and Rossville Boulevard. Officers found the victim behind a crab restaurant at the Fullerton Plaza Shopping Center. "When they arrived on the scene, they located one victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. That juvenile was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased," said Baltimore County police spokesperson Joy Stewart.
