This is a very quick and easy chicken breast dinner. In this video I show how to Prepare & cook this extremely juicy, succulent and tasty dish which is very easy to prepare. Takes 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook a total of 20 minutes from start to finish, and is incredibly delicious and healthy, made with chicken breasts, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, shichimi togarashi and spring onions served with a side of salad. Ingredients 3 chicken breasts criss cross cut ½ a cup of flour 3 tsp of olive oil 3 garlic cloves minced ¼ tsp of ginger minced 3 stems of spring onions / scallions 4 tsp of honey (preferably acacia it is more delicate in flavour & has a flower-like aroma) 4 tsp of soy sauce ½ tsp of shichimi togarashi (Japanese spice blend) A side of salad Cooking method Refer to video with instructions
