Ingredients For the Chicken: • 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp paprika powder • 1 tbsp onion powder • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tsp coriander powder • ½ tsp black pepper powder • 2 tbsp yogurt • 2 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice • 2 tbsp oil (for cooking) For the Veggies: • 1 cucumber, chopped • 1 lettuce, chopped • 2 tomatoes, deseeded and chopped For the Spicy Garlic Mayo Sauce: • ½ cup mayonnaise • ⅓ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt • Salt to taste • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika powder • ½ tsp black pepper • 2, 3 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste) • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley To Assemble: • tortilla wraps Method 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, add chicken cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder, smoked paprika, coriander powder, yogurt , lemon juice, and oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly golden. 3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, hot sauce, lemon juice, parsley. Mix until smooth. 4.
