Chilli Garlic Tawa Chicken Prep time: 10-15 mins Cooking time: 30-35 mins Serves: 3-4 peoples Ingredients: CHICKEN BREAST | चिकन ब्रेस्ट 500 GRAMS Marination: SALT | नमक TO TASTE VINEGAR | सिरका 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLI PASTE | अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च पेस्ट 1–1.5 TBSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TSP Gravy Base KASHMIRI RED CHILLI | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च 15 NOS. (SOAKED IN HOT WATER) WATER | पानी AS REQUIRED OIL | तेल 2–3 TBSP GARLIC | लहसुन 4 TBSP (CHOPPED) RED CHILLI PASTE | लाल मिर्च पेस्ट CURD | दही 1/3 CUP SALT | नमक TO TASTE GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला 1/2 TSP SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER | तीखी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TSP HOT WATER | गरम पानी A SPLASH SUGAR | शक्कर A PINCH HOT WATER | गरम पानी A SPLASH FRESH CORIANDER STEMS | हरा धनिया डंठल A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A HANDFUL (CHOPPED) BUTTER | मक्खन AS REQUIRED Method: Cut the chicken into thin slices, the chicken cooks faster if cut into thin slices. Add the sliced chicken into a bowl, add all the ingredients of the marinade and mix well, you can optionally let the chicken marinade for an hour but it's not necessary. Make the red chilli paste by blending soaked kashmiri red chilli and water, make sure the paste is smooth and fine. Heat the tawa over high flame, let it get hot. Then add oil and let the oil heat up as well. Next, add the chopped garlic along with the prepared red chilli paste, stir well and then add whisked curd followed with all the powdered spices, salt and a splash of hot water, stir and cook the paste until the oil gets separated. Once the oil starts separating add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavours. Once the paste is cooked, add hot water to adjust the consistency, then place the chicken slices evenly onto the tawa. Cook over medium high flame for 2-3 minutes on one side, thinly sliced chicken will get cooked quickly. Flip the chicken after cooking for 2-3 minutes, then cook similarly on the other side. Once the chicken is coat and coated with the masala add fresh coriander, fresh coriander stems and butter.
