Full-Body Awareness: A Meditation In this meditation session, we explore the process to deeply inhabit our bodies. By relaxing into our physical selves and breathing life into every tissue, the aim is to embody fullness. We engage with the smallest sensations, moving from feet to legs (and, in a full session, all the way to the crown of the head) while promoting cross-body resonance and mutual-seeing.
