Add yogurt & leave it for 1 hour. Heat a heavy bottom pan & add 2tbs sugar. Stir continuously till sugar caramelized. Add milk & let it boil. Add 1/4cup sugar & green cardamom. Boil the milk till it reduces 1/2 of its quantity. Switch off the gas & add ghee. Let it cool down slightly (*Do not cool down the milk completely). Transfer the hung curd in a mixing bowl & beat well to make it smooth. Add the milk mixture into the beaten curd gradually & mix. Now pour the milk-curd mixture in a clay pot (*you can use any other bowl also) & cover it. Cover a towel & let it set for 12 hrs. Check after 12hrs & then refrigerate for 4 hours.
