Cauliflo... ================ Ingredients of Dahi Parwal Recipe: 250 gm parwal (or pointed gourd) 100 gm curd (or yogurt) 3 tbs oil 1 small onion (paste) 1 tbs ginger-garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala salt 1/2 tsp sugar 2 green chillies How to make Dahi Parwal Recipe: Marinate the parwals with some salt and turmeric powder. Coat well and set aside for 10 mins. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated parwals. Fry till golden browm from all the sides. Take out and keep aside. Add onion and fry till color changes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 1 minute. Add curd (beat well before adding) and mix well. Cook till oil separates. Add fried parwals, salt, sugar and water (as required). Mix everything well and let it boil. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Add garam masala and green chillies. Mix well and let it cook for a minute.
