Mamelodi Hostel Residents Exposed to the Elements

For more stories: http://www.enca.com/videos/ Pretoria, November 29 ­ Hundreds of residents living in a Mamelodi hostel in Pretoria still do not have a roof over their heads.  The Tshwane municipality demolished the roof three years ago, as part of a housing development project.  Last year the Supreme Court of Appeal instructed the municipality to rebuild the hostel¹s roof, or help residents find alternative accommodation, but officials have yet to do so.
