Sun Butter Chocolate Chip Gluten Free Cookies (w/ vegan option)

Thank you for watching my YouTube channel! While stuck inside during Hurricane Idalia, I decided to search out a recipe to try with Sun Butter. Sun Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies that are gluten free, nut free and I made them with Egg Replacer so they are also vegan. I hope you enjoy this baking video along with a few scenes of the Hurricane and of course Skeeter! Special guest star: Skeeter ___________________________________________ Sun Butter Cookies (Gluten Free) 1 cup sun butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg (or egg replacer like I used to make it vegan) 1 tsp vanilla ½ tsp baking soda ½ cup dark chocolate chips sea salt for on top (optional) *Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix sun butter and brown sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla, egg and baking soda and mix well. Next stir in chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or release foil and top with sea salt if you desire. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool for about 30-60 minutes before removing from tray.
