We are three for three when it comes to warm, sunny days this week. Today will be a nice, Summery day with highs around 87 degrees. Some heat index values will rise into the lower 90s. So it will be just a smidge warmer and more humid today. Clouds will slowly increase this afternoon and evening ahead of a weak cool front. We will run the risk of a shower or thunderstorm after midnight tonight. Lows in the upper 60s. A few more showers and storms possible Thursday and Friday. A few of these could linger into the weekend as well. But here's the deal: we won't have too much rain. In fact, I only see about an hour or so each day. So there will be many more dry hours than wet. No widespread severe storms are expected either. So there's more good news! -Meteorologist Eric Sorensen
