Below you'll find the exact measurements for the dressing and croutons! #vegan #plantbased Ingredients - dressing + salad 1/3 cup almonds - whole, slivered, chopped w/e you have on hand! 1/3 cup boiling water 1/4 cup neutral veggie oil - olive, grapeseed, avo Juice from a whole lemon 1 tsp dijon 1 tsp vinegar - rice wine, acv, white wine 1 tbsp capers 3 romaine hearts - I prefer hearts bc then you can cut it exactly how you like!
