Ingredients for Uzbek bread : 2 cups warm milk Half cup l oil Instant yeast 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Salt 1 tsp All purpose flour 5 cups For garnish sesame seed Egg yolk 1 Milk 1 tsp Direction: -In a bowl, add milk, cooking oil, yeast, Sugar ,salt and whisk well until smooth. -Add half quantity of all-purpose flour and mix well. -Gradually add remaining all-purpose flour and knead until soft dough is formed. -Cut dough into 4 pieces and make 4 dough balls ,cover & let it rest for 2 hour. -Take one dough ball . Press from center and push dough towards edges. -Take a bottle cap , make circles in the middle of dough . Make cuts on the sides . -sprinkle white sesame seeds on top. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30 - 40 minutes or Bake until golden brown. #uzbekbread #samarkand #samarkandbread #bread #baking
