I Tested Claire Saffitz Classic English Muffin Recipe

Claire Saffitz is one of my all time favorite bakers! She became famous working at Bon Appetite. Bon Appetite is a cooking show that I loved to watch but has recently come under fire for discrimination. Since this occurrence a lot of the shows personalities left. This included Claire Saffitz. She has moved on and has started her own show, Dessert Person with Claire Saffitz. I love her cooking and baking skills! She is very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to these skills. She has also just released a book called, "Dessert Person: Recipes and Guidance for Baking with Confidence". I intend to buy her book soon! Claire has a lovely, easy going demeanor that makes you want to get in the kitchen and cook with her! I am a home cook and baker that loves to try different things and I also come up with my own recipes. I love to Test Famous People's Recipes as well! I take these recipes on as a challenge and I also want to see if the outcome of the recipe is correct. In this video I test Claire Saffitz Classic English Muffins! This video came out not too long ago and it already has 500,000 views! I have made homemade English Muffins before so I am familiar with how they are made.
