This video showcases the most common ways in which the bridal party can enter the ceremony. It also touches the positioning,exit and responsibilities of some of the bridal party members. The bridal party entrance is truly up to you; there are many factors that will determine how you wish to have them enter. If you have an uneven number of bridesmaids and groomsmen then it’s best to have the Groom along with the groomsmen waiting at the front and await the entrance of the bridesmaids and Bride. I have come across many alternatives and styles of entrances. The most common is when then bridal party pair up and then split at the end. Other things to consider when entering the ceremony space is: Does the Groom intend on walking in with his parents and seating them? Does the Bride wish to be walked in by both parents or just her father? When would you like to have the ring bearer or flower girl walk in? Who did you appoint to hold the rings during the ceremony? Will it be just the Best man or will the Maid of Honour also hold the grooms ring ? These are just some questions to consider, the options are truly endless and can get very creative. A final note on the Exit, it is best to have the bride and groom fully exit the ceremony space or at the end of the walkway aisle before the bridal party follows. The best man and maid of honour will follow next and when the reach the half way point of the walkway aisle the next pair will follow,etc..
