QUICK FIX: Can't Drag Video Into Timeline and Sequence In Premiere Pro 2022 - Problem Explained

The SOLUTION to this issue is to make sure your tracks (V1 and A1) are patched the correct way in your SEQUENCE.. You can either decide to disable the V1 and A1 all together or enable them both.
