May 12th ME/CFS Japan " You are not alone"　 一人じゃないよ！

I made this video for May 12th ME/CFS International Awareness Day " Light Up the Night Challenge". It took me a month toprepare for this as I am housebound ME/CFS patient. I do feel very lonely,,, and bored at home, as I can't easily go out or see people. I hope it would give some smiles on those people who might be feeling the same way as me. Hang in there and don't give up!
