It's ideal for breakfast as well as evening snack and also very good for kids tiffin box. Ingredients: 1. Ripe Bananas 3 2. Methi (Fenugreek leaves) 1 bunch 3. Besan ( gram flour) 1 cup 4. Coriander/Cumins powder 1 tsp 5. Ginger/Garlic/chilli paste 1 tbsp 6. Soda bicarbonate 1 tsp 7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp 8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp 9. coriander seeds coarsely ground 1 tsp 10. Oil 1 tbsp 11. Salt to taste 12. Sugar 1 tbsp Preparations Method Step 1 Making the batter Take a bowl and mix all the above mentioned ingredients very well. Once all the ingredients are mixed well bring the batter to a semi liquid consistency by adding small amount of water at a time and mixing it well until the desired semi liquid consistency is achieved. Step 2 Frying the fritters (Pakodas) Heat the oil on medium flame and lay the batter for Frying in the oil in long shape. Keep stirring and turning the pakoras so that it gets fried evenly from all the sides. When golden brown take out of the oil and serve with chutney and sauce.
