WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WKRC) - Two people were arrested on drug charges in West Chester Monday morning in connection to what police believe is likely a rolling meth lab. Darrell Jones, 52, and Laura McCoy, 49, of Blanchester were found around 1 a.m. in a suspicious vehicle along with materials consistent with making meth in a parking lot on Wunnenberg Way near Princeton Glendale Road. The West Chester Fire Department's hazmat team was called to the scene to deal with the dangerous materials. Police said the truck was also towing a small trailer with no plates and loaded with tires. Jones is charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. McCoy is facing charges of illegal manufacturing of drugs, possession of chemicals used to produce drugs, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. They're both locked up at the Butler County Jail.
