What’s happening in the Tahoe-Truckee market? Inventory is still exceptionally low. New listings are down 24% this year compared to last year. As a result, we have also seen a 16% decrease in sales. However, the median sales price is up 11%. In the last three weeks, more homes have come on the market now that people are able to get out of the snow and get their houses ready for sale. Now is still a great time to sell your home. Homes that are priced right and in great condition are selling very quickly.
