Ingrid Lyne murder: Suspect charged, gruesome evidence revealed

Police have charged John Charlton with first degree murder -- he is accused of killing and dismembering the body of missing Seattle mom Ingrid Lyne. Parts of Lyne's body, which were placed in three garbage bags, were found in his recycling bin on Saturday afternoon, according to the King County Prosecutor’s Office. Charging documents, obtained by HLN, reveal that during a search of Lyne's home, police found "a nearly empty box of plastic bags; the bags appeared identical in color and size to the bags in which parts of Ingrid's body were found." They also discovered a "15" wood saw" in the bathroom. Initial test for blood in the bathtub were negative, but later, on Monday night, "CSI returned to victim Lyne's residence and removed the plumbing beneath the bathtub. They found blood and flesh."
