Former Deputy Accused of Rape in Court

New information Tuesday afternoon in the case of a former Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy charged with aggravated rape.Willie Greer appeared in Judge Statum's courtroom this morning. The judge passed his case to May 13th to allow him time to hire an attorney. Greer is accused of Making a 32-year-old woman that he pulled over in an alleged traffic stop - perform oral on him in his patrol car back in January. According to the affidavit , Greer admitted the sexual act happened, but said it was consensual. All new this morning, the victim's attorney, Bill Speek, told us they have information to believe that Greer might have done the same thing to at Least one other victim the same night of the alleged acts.This morning Greer and his attorney had no comment.
