Former Lancaster Police officer convicted of rape, sexual assault of three underaged victims

A former Lancaster Bureau of Police officer has been found guilty of multiple charges related to the rape and sexual assaults of three underaged female victims nearly three decades ago, when he was a member of the police department. Andrew Scott Selby, 55, of Pequea Township, was convicted Thursday of one count of rape forcible compulsion, one count of rape of a person less than 13 years of age, three counts of sexual assault and one count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 13 and statutory sexual assault.
