How To: Water Based Concrete Grind and Seal

Interior concrete that lacks any surface protection will be prone to stains. Well placed concrete is dense and durable, but it’s still a porous and absorbent material. In applications where a bare concrete floor is selected as a finish, a surface sealer will maintain the slab’s natural look and prevent difficult to remove stains. The video documents a bathroom grind and seal application. Surface preparation is done to remove topical contamination and smooth the surface.
