[NTSC World Record] Super Punch-Out!! - Mad Clown (0'09"01)

So Lixunis has discovered ANOTHER adjustment to the Mad Clown fight. After getting the 9.03, I was really hoping this would be the end of Mad Clown IL attempts but nope, he found something that saves 1 frame over the previous strat he found. He basically took the old one that he discovered originally and instead of buffering a right jab after the frame perfect right jab we now have to delay a left jab after the frame perfect right jab. Which makes this fight 7 frame perfect inputs. I thought 6 frame-perfect inputs were bad enough but now we have 7... combine with a 1/21 pattern according to McHazard. Here are the stats: Phase 1 5.60 - 4 5.62 - 11 5.64+ - 24 (Times above 5.71 were not tracked) Phase 2 8.75 - 1 8.77 - 1 8.79+ - 5 (Times above 8.88 were not tracked) This also means I am back to holding 16/16 again. Hoping it finally stays that way.
