Bald Bull in 8.24s [Tied WR] | Super Punch-Out!! NTSC

For those of you that don't know my history with this fight: for months I've had countless perfect phase 1s, many of which had perfect guard manip, where Bull dodged the high super over and over. The attempt two before this one was a 8.26 with a perfect phase 1 btw if you're wondering what Sebass and I were talking about. Also, minor circuit complete :)
