পুঁই শাক দিয়ে মুসুর ডাল | Pui Shak Masoor Dal | Red Lentils Soup With Malabar Spinach Ingredients: 1. pui shak/ malabar spinach- 3 sticks( 500 gms) 2. Masoor dal/ red lentils- 100 gms 3. onion- 1 pc medium size chopped 4. garlic- 7-8 cloves 5. mustard oil-2 tbsp 6. turmeric powder-1 tsp 7. red chili powder-1 tsp 8. coriander powder-1 tsp 9. salt- to taste process: 1. Wash Red Lentil or Masoor Dal under running water 2-3 times. 2. Cut Pui Saag/ Malabar Spinach into small chunks. Use both the leaves and stem. 3. Chop Onion roughly. 4. Now heat the Mustard Oil in a Pressure cooker and start frying the Onion. 5. Add washed red lentil and mix thoroughly. 6. Add chopped Malabar Spinach stem and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and Salt and 3 Cups of Water and garlic. 7. Cover the Pressure cooker with the lid. 8. Put the vent weight and cook on low flame until 5-6 whistles come out. 9. Switch the flame off and wait till the pressure drops. 10. Open the lid and add chopped malabar spinach and cook for 2 minutes without the lid on. 11.
