Typhoon Hagupit triggers massive evacuation in Philippines "필리핀에 또다시 불어닥치

Hundreds of thousands of people have been evacuated and ports have been shut across the Philippines as Typhoon Hagupit has now started to make landfall on the island nation′s eastern coastline. The country′s Eastern and Northern Samar provinces and the city of Tacloban, where thousands were killed by Typhoon Haiyan a year ago, are just outside the main firing line of this storm... but there remains some uncertainty about the exact path it′s going to take. Hagupit is currently packing sustained winds of two-hundred kilometers an hour and gusts in excess of two-hundred-50 kilometers an hour. Residents in the storm′s path,... over ten million people,... have been told to prepare for extremely powerful winds and coastal storm surges of up to four meters. Forecasters say the typhoon will also bring between 200 to 500 millimeters of rain with it. Also,... because the storm is moving at a snail′s pace,... there′s a much higher chance of flash flooding and mudslides.
