Falooda is a royal Indian dessert-drink that’s creamy, colorful, and absolutely refreshing! 🍨 In this video, I’ll show you how to make Rose Falooda & Chocolate Falooda at home step by step. Once you try this, you’ll never want to buy falooda from outside again! ✨ Full Falooda Recipe (Step by Step) ✨ Ingredients : •Sabja/Basil seeds (or chia seeds) •Falooda sev (or thin vermicelli) •Sugar(as required) •Lemon juice •Full fat Milk •Rose syrup (for rose falooda) •Chocolate syrup (for chocolate falooda) •Vanilla ice cream •Toppings: Tutti frutti, chopped nuts, chocolate chips (optional) Step 1: Prepare Milk ●Boil 1& 1/2 L milk with 1 cup sugar. ●Cool it completely, then refrigerate until chilled. Step 2:Cook Sev ●Boil falooda sev or vermicelli for 5–6 mins until soft. Drain & keep aside. Step 3: Soak Sabja Seeds ●Wash & soak basil (sabja) seeds in water for 5–10 mins until they swell up. Step 4: Prepare syrups For Rose Syrup: ●Add 1/2 cup of sugar + 1 cup water to a pan. Boil until sugar dissolves. ●Add 1 tbsp lemon juice → prevents crystallizing & keeps syrup clear. ●Add Rose essence or rose water and Red food colour. For Chocolate Syrup: ●Add 1/2 cup of sugar + 1 cup water to a pan. Boil until sugar dissolves. ●Add 1 tbsp lemon juice → prevents crystallizing & keeps syrup clear. ● Add 3tbsp of Coco powder and 1tbsp of vanilla essence. Step 5: Layer the Falooda ●Add 3 tbsp sugar syrup. ●Add soaked basil seeds to the bottom of each glass. ●Add cooked sev. ●Pour in chilled milk. ●Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ●Garnish with tutti frutti, chocolate chips. Step 6: Serve & Enjoy! Your restaurant-style falooda is ready at home!
