Tana de Zulueta, the head of the OSCE observer mission to Azerbaijan, addressed a press conference in Baku. "Our observers received allegations of intimidation, witnessed even physical attacks on journalists in the lead up to an election day, which we found seriously flawed." Zulueta said.
